The survey shows that 80% of citizens are satisfied with the time it takes to receive services, including digital ones, while 22% are dissatisfied. 58% believe that service delivery time has been reduced, while 22% completely agree with this statement.

  According to a survey conducted by D4D, 73% of citizens have used digital services, while 63% have managed to complete part of the process online.
