Training with young people from the Egyptian, Roma and Ashkali communities on hate speech

During this weekend, the Democracy for Development Institute held a two-day training with young people from the Egyptian, Roma and Ashkali communities. During this training, youth have gained basic knowledge about the hate speech. Concrete examples were presented, which emerged from the monitoring of social networks, mainly on sexist and racist language. At the end of the training, the youth presented their ideas on the protection of marginalized groups from hate speech.
