The second meeting of the Regional Committee for Increasing Women’s Access to the Labor Market was held. Within the project “Using Development: Increasing Women’s Access to Employment”, the Regional Committee has gathered organizations from Kosovo, Albania, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia, as well as institutional representatives from the People’s Advocate and the Employment Agency. in Kosovo to discuss the issue of low participation of women in the labor market in Kosovo, the practices of the region and the obstacles faced by women as a result of gender stereotypes and unpaid work.
