During the last weekend, the Democracy for Development Institute (D4D) held the three-day training with Municipal Councilors. The focus of this training is to strengthen the knowledge and capacities of Municipal Councilors, to support the responsibilities and rights that come from their position. This training is focused on Local Government, the legal and budgetary dimension, but also cooperation with civil society. It was also discussed with the Municipal Councilors on the applicability of the principles of good governance in their municipalities.
