Democracy for Development (D4D) Institute has published an analysis on the performance of the Parliamentary Committee on Election Reform and the amendments of this Committee compiled to instruct drafting of the new law on elections. In addition, D4D has examined the extent to which the Committee has taken into account recommendations of previous election assessments by international organizations in Kosovo.
