During the second day of the workshop, participants had the opportunity to learn about the importance of a business plan for start-ups, its key elements, as well as the importance of financial planning and budgeting.

Participants were also engaged in practical work – from idea to business plan – by creating business plans and prototypes, while developing their skills in presenting their ideas.

Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, they developed concrete skills to structure their ideas and turn them into feasible business plans.

This activity was implemented within the project “Innovate4Impact: Equipping Youth with Skills & Innovation for Market Access”, part of the BOOST Balkans project, funded by ALDA – European Association for Local Democracy and AFD – Agence Française de Développement.
