On April 2nd 2019, the Democracy for Development Institute (D4D) has organized the following meeting with the working group and the representatives of election administration and justice system institutions, who are directly included in election process. The purpose of this meeting was the review of the first draft about elections and electoral judicial cases.

The Institutions as Central Election Commission, Office of State Prosecutor, Judicial Council, Kosovo Police and Election Complaint and Appeal Panel are signatory of a cooperation for election processes memorandum, since February 2016.

Meanwhile, a draft for electoral guide and the examination of electoral judicial cases aims to facilitate the cooperation between these institutions in order to advance in maintaining the integrity of election processes.

The working group during the following days, will continue the work towards finalizing the document.
