On February 11, 2021, within the Kosovo that We Want, a debate was held n’Odë for a discussion on the welfare and the plan of political entities in this field.

From the Democracy for Development Institute, part of the panel in this discussion was Valëza Zogjani, Policy Researcher.

What active policies do political entities claim to undertake specifically for the economic empowerment of women? What specifics are envisaged for women businesses by political entities in their programs? Do political entities anticipate the active involvement of fathers in the upbringing and care of children? These were just some of the points raised during the debate. It was also pointed out that a very in-depth gender analysis is required to eliminate the existing inequalities.
