In the framework of the project “Untapping Development: Increasing Women’s Access to Employment” D4D is holding financial management skills training for women in small businesses at the municipal level as well as community organizations.

The purpose of this research is to increase the capacity and managerial knowledge in the field of finance for women in small businesses and community-based organizations in the municipality of Podujeva.

17 women from the municipality of Podujeva and the surrounding villages are participating in this training.

 The training is being carried out within the project “Untapping Development: Increasing women’s access to employment” which is supported by the Norwegian Embassy in Pristina.
