Improvement of municipal services was one of the challenges of the current local government mandate. To measure the citizens’ satisfaction with such changes in the local administration, Democracy for Development (D4D), in June 2019, conducted a survey with 1074 respondents across the entire territory of Kosovo, with 50.5% men and 49.50 % women.

According to the research, 41.1% of respondents who contacted or requested services from municipal officials in the last three (3) months were satisfied with the received services, while 18.8% were not satisfied.

The complete data of the research are presented through the following infographic.

The research was conducted within the framework of “Increased participation for good governance” project, financially supported by the Embassy of the Netherlands in Kosovo and implemented by Democracy for Development institute (D4D) and Center for Kosovo Society Depolitization (CDKD).
