With the youngest population in Europe and a high unemployment rate, Kosovo continues to face a serious dilemma: migration outflow to developed countries in pursuit of a better life.

In order to understand citizens’ attitudes, D4D Institute has conducted three surveys to assess citizens’ needs and opinions towards emigration.
