Democracy for Development Institute (D4D) organized the focus group regarding the findings on research findings “Performance Management for Public Policies” as part of the research for the Office for Strategic Planning (OSP) – Office of the Prime Minister. In this focus group we discussed regarding policy-making in Kosovo, lessons learned from other countries, and creating a link between budgeting and policies. An important part of the discussion also program-budgeting and improving dialogue between institutions. Participants were representatives from the Ministry of Finance and Trade, Ministry of Economic Development, and Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare, and from the Office for Strategic Planning (OSP) – Office of the Prime Minister.
