• Have made efforts to increase women’s employment,
• Have internal regulations through which they promote equality and prohibit discriminatory behaviour,
• Have not applied discriminatory practices in their work,
• Are involved in public campaigns to promote gender equality?

Democracy for Development Institute (D4D) is pleased to invite you to nominate such private businesses operating in Kosovo for the Equality Award. The aim of the award it to promote gender equality in public sector employment. The award is given in the framework of the project “Increasing women’s access to employment” funded by the Embassy of the Kingdom of Norway in Pristina.

How to make the nomination?

Nomination is done by filling in the Google form below. The deadline for nomination is June 20, 2021.

How will the winners be selected?

A short list of the received nominations will be reviewed by the evaluation panel which will decide the winners.

The awards will be announced at a public ceremony hosted by the Democracy for Development Institute (D4D).
