Decent work is essential for an inclusive, sustainable and developed society. In order to ensure proper representation of the needs and demands of youth and women at work, it is important to instill social dialogue with social partners in the function of protecting and promoting the common interests of workers.

Increasing the participation of women and youth in the labor market and trade union organizations in Kosovo is a prerequisite for their full integration in the labor force and guaranteeing dignified working conditions – as promoted in the Decent Work Agenda of International Labour Organization (ILO).
