
D4D Institute held an interactive session with Marketing students at the University of Prishtina, where we discussed the impact of information disorder on the communication industry and the importance of the verifiko.info platform.
The discussion focused on the following key points:
- Clickbait and Sensational Headlines: We discussed sensationalist headlines used as “bait” to attract clicks.
- The Challenges of Deepfakes in Marketing: We explored the risks of AI-generated content and how manipulated videos (deepfakes) can be used to damage the reputation of an individual or a group.
- Media Literacy as a Professional Advantage: How fact-checking and critical thinking are essential skills for any field or profession aiming to build honest and reliable communication with their audience.
