Advancing Decent Work Agenda Through Social Dialogue handbook was launched by D4D in February 2024 through a training on Decent Work Agenda and Social Dialogue where about 25 women owners of businesses and grassroots participated. The one day training provided the opportunity for women from country wide, urban and rural areas in Kosovo to learn about decent work agenda program, the rights and opportunities of workers the importance of social dialogue for creation of an inclusive labor market for women and other social groups.

This training was realized in the framework of the project “Untapping Development: Increasing Women’s Access to Employment” financed by the Norwegian Embassy in Kosovo.
