On November 1, the following salon was held on the topic: “How labour mobility could contribute to
system improvements?”
The informative and provocative opening was made by Arban Abrashi, Minister of Labor and Social Welfare, who said that the priority of the ministry he leads is aiming at the development of human capital in order to achieve the maximum potential of all Kosovans. Michael Sauer, Expert CIM, Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, reiterated the problem of non-compliance of the labor force with the labor market in our country is based on the facts presented in the UNDP human development reports of 2014 and 2016. Vigan Qorrolli, Professor, University of Prishtina referring to the population demographics of Kosovo and to the majority of young people who make up for it, said that in Kosovo initially dominates a demographic crisis.
