Corruption remains one of the most long-standing challenges of state-building. Stated as one of the primary problems in almost every report assessing the situation in Kosovo, it has managed to harm every sphere of the state.

The fight against corruption is perceived to be merely rhetoric by the citizens as well. More than half of respondents, (51.9%), considers the fight against corruption to be just words without any concrete action. While only 9.6% of the citizens think that corruption is being fought with tremendous seriousness, a large part of the population (28.3%) still think that this is only a way to settle their political party militants.

This research was conducted during June 2018. Representative sample with 1074 respondents (51.5% men and 48.5% women).

Korupcija ostaje i dalje jedan od davnašnjih izazova još od stvaranja države. Navedena u skoro svakom izveštaju ocene situacije na Kosovu kao jedan od glavnih problema, ona je uspela da nanese štetu svakom sloju države.

I građani/ke smatraju da je borba protiv korupcije samo prazna retorika. Više od polovine anketiranih gradjana 51.9% smatra da je borba protiv korupcije, ostala samo na rečima, i nije propraćena nikakvim konkretnim delima. Dok samo 9.6% smatra da se korupcija suzbija sa maksimalnom ozbiljnošću, dok 28.3%, smatraju da se sve ovo radi samo kako bi se smestili partijski militanti.
