Monitoring of Social Media during the 2025 Local Election Campaign – Week Two

During the period of September 20–26, a total of 25 cases were recorded in which representatives of political parties used inappropriate language on social media. Of these, 15 cases involved hate speech, 3 involved personal bullying, and 2 involved the spread of misinformation. Additionally, 5 other cases fell into different categories. The data indicate that challenges in online political communication remain present.

This monitoring was conducted on the main platforms used by parties and candidates: official pages, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
