During the monitoring of hate speech, a comparison was made of the percentage of men who were the authors of misogynistic comments in two different time periods, respectively in 2023 and 2025. The data shows a significant increase, with the percentage increasing from 89.6% in 2023 to 96.2% in 2025.
Hate speech used against women deepens:
- Structural inequality and strengthening of patriarchal norms
- Harm to women’s emotional and psychological well-being
- Reluctance of women to participate in public and online spaces
- Promoting polarization in society and creating an aggressive communication space
- Harm to social development and institutional culture
