In infographics is presented the gender representation in the Municipality of Istog as an Institution, where the dominance of men over women is noticeable. The D4D Institute encourage all institutions and political parties to respect applicable laws and support women in decision making positions.

Although the Law Nr. 05/L-020 on gender equality shall guarantee, protect and promote equality between genders as a basic value of democratic development of society, in fact, it is not being implemented much by the Public Institutions in the Republic of Kosovo in general.
