Some electoral disputes may be very difficult to resolve and require profound technical knowledge and expertise in electoral operations. Understanding how the election process unfolds and the complexity of these election operations is the key to a fair and effective solution to cases that relate to electoral processes.

D4D is holding a workshop with representatives of the Judiciary, Kosovo Police, the Prosecutor’s Office, the Electoral Complaints and Appeals Panel, Central Election Commission and civil society in order to update the manual which addresses numerous issues that thoroughly relate to electoral disputes. This document aims to serve as a tool for justice authorities dealing with such issues on a daily basis for the purpose of understanding uncertainties of the electoral process and to improve coordination.
