Kosovo is struggling to secure membership in international organizations and increase the number of state recognition. At the same time, it is still waiting for visa liberalization and the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue remains in standstill.

The list of foreign policy priorities remains a long one, therefore, for the second consecutive year, D4D Institute conducted a questionnaire with Kosovo citizens to understand their opinions on what the top three priorities of Kosovo’s foreign policy should be.
