In the meeting which was held with women entrepreneurs, we have discussed for in-activity of women in the labor market. The concerns that we have received through field research are also confirmed by the employees. Inadequate schooling (according to market requirements), patriarchal family, lack of work experience, lack of transportation for third-party work in some jobs, prejudice for some jobs known as for men and maternity leave.

The concerns raised by different meetings with women, as well as data obtained from the questionnaire that we have conducted throughout Kosovo will be launched this year.
