21.12.2012

Democracy for Development Institute launched a new research product, reactions in the form of memos. Today’s reaction is a brief analysis of the model of the two Germanies. This model has been discussed casually and eliminated without proper analysis.

Read the previous reaction about the police overreaction.

Reaction memos are brief papers of public policies with specific format (in form of a memo) which provides concrete recommendations to relevant stakeholders on a current issue. Reaction memos are two pages long and have the following composition: 1. Recommended action, 2. Issue, 3. Options, 4. Implementation, and addressed as a memo to specific officials.

The reaction memos have been launched with the support of Democratic Society Promotion (DSP) project – financed by Swiss Cooperation Office Kosovo (SCO-K) and managed by Kosovar Civil Society Foundation (KCSF). The contents of this publication are the sole responsibility of D4D and can in no way be taken to reflect the views of SCO-K or KCSF.
