Young people of Prishtina have held meetings with mayor candidates Shpend Ahmeti from Self-Determination Movement; Arban Abrashi from Democratic League of Kosovo; Arbër Vllahiu from Alliance of the Future of Kosovo; Lirak Celaj from Democratic Party of Kosovo and Shyqiri Bytyçi from NISMA for Kosovo.

During these meetings youth asked from the candidates to address the issue of the low number of municipal scholarships for students, as well as to increase the number of reading space for students. Youth considers important to adopt policies to protect the environment. Starting from increasing the number of containers in the city and green spaces. Observance of the timetable of public transport is seen as a prerequisite for its use which would enable air protection from cars.
