Grantees of the second and third round of the small grants scheme within the project “Volunteering for Development: Promoting Voluntarism and civic activism in Kosovo” yesterday participated in the series of trainings for organizational capacity building. Specifically, grantees representatives learned about volunteer engagement, policies for volunteering and ways of motivating volunteers. Moreover, these organizations learned how to evaluate volunteer time investment and the value of this work in an organization and / or community.

This series of trainings is implemented within the project “Volunteering for Development: Promoting Voluntarism and Civic Activism in Kosovo”, implemented by Democracy for Development Institute (D4D), with the support of British Embassy, Pristina in Kosovo.
