Democracy for Development Institute (D4D), in the framework of the project “Workforce mobility and opportunities for the returnees” on September 28, 2018, organized the informative session in the municipality of Shtime with the topic “Youth Opportunities: Addressing their needs from the municipality “. Part of this discussion was Mr. Ibrahim Demiri from the Municipal Office for Communities and Returns.
In general, the focus of this discussion was on the employment of young people in this municipality, where the youth exposed the challenges they are facing to be employed. At the same time, the youth were interested in knowing more about the ways of legal migration, and it was also emphasized by them that only these ways will be used to build their intellectual and professional capacities. Again this time, it was demanded that education in general should be based on labor market needs.
