What skills should youth possess to be attractive for the private sector?

The fourth salon of Youth Series, organized in cooperation with Department of Youth-Ministry of Culture, Youth, Sports, and FES, was held in Peja. Participants discussed about: Youth and employment: What skills does youth possess to be attractive for the private sector, considering that Municipality of Peja is known for developed private sector, and big corporate companies.

The panel consisted of Engelbert Zefaj, Director of Culture, Youth, Sport in Municipality of Peja, emphasized that the Municipality of Peja is making efforts to strengthen youth in this region, focusing on proactive entrepreneurship. Fiona Beqiri said that for youth development agreements have been made with foreign and local organizations to open especially the innovative center in Peja. Kushtrim Rexhaj said that most of the young people after the completion of the studies are looking for work, but a very small number of them get hired.
