On 29th of November the Tuesday Salon was held on the topic: By youth for youth: Are there enough development opportunities in Kosovo? Do they reach you(th)?

Alejtin Berisha, CEO of Universum College said that young people in Kosovo do not have much ambition to achieve something more than the options that can be offered by the public sector. They limit themselves and do not test themselves in other areas. Founder of HumanPower and KosovaJob, Arion Rizaj brought to participants how an innovative idea can bring a successful business. He added that young people should study the labor market and gain knowledge of where they can find themselves better. Leana Mahmuti although a Professor sees herself as an entrepreneur as one of the possibilities that young people should take advantage, where as she sdid with her business for 3D printing. Another perspective was brought by Andi Batusha Youth Council in Gjakove, he says that young people have stagnated in the system because the Government has not applied reforms in education and put in priority the needed jobs in the market.
