27.12.2016 D4D

The Peer 2 Peer project was a 10 month project that aimed to increase inter-ethnic cooperation and interaction, primarily between the majority and minority communities in Kosovo. The goal was to increase the cooperation and facilitate the transfer of knowledge and best practices thus creating opportunity for sustained organizational as well as individual collaboration. With this goal in mind the project enabled 30 internship opportunities (10 Albanian, 18 Serb and 2 RAE) and 10 staff exchange (5 Albanian, 5 Serb) amongst majority and minority communities in Kosovo. The internship program was designed in such a way that is provided interns with hands-on learning experiences that will help them develop valuable and transferable skills for the future. In addition, it has offered them new experiences working in a multi-cultural setting.

This brochure contains some of the intern experiences shared.
