The rhetoric of fighting corruption over years / Retorika borbe protiv korupcije duž godina

06.07.2018

Corruption remains one of the most long-standing challenges of state-building. Stated as one of the primary problems in almost every report assessing the situation in Kosovo, it has managed to harm every sphere of the state.

The fight against corruption is perceived to be merely rhetoric by the citizens as well. More than half of respondents, (51.9%), considers the fight against corruption to be just words without any concrete action. While only 9.6% of the citizens think that corruption is being fought with tremendous seriousness, a large part of the population (28.3%) still think that this is only a way to settle their political party militants.

This research was conducted during June 2018. Representative sample with 1074 respondents (51.5% men and 48.5% women).

Istraživanje javnog mnjenja sprovedeno tokom juna meseca 2018. Reprezentativni uzorak sa 1074 ispitanika (51.5% muškaraca i 48.5% žena)
