Factors that motivate women to be active in the labour market

Equal treatment of both men and women in a workplace is one of the main factors to influence motivation of women in terms of getting engaged in the labor market. This includes equal salaries for the same responsibilities as well as the flexible working environment allowing them a job with short-term working hours. In addition to these factors, engaging women in the labor market is very important so that they could have access to kindergarten nurseries.

Podjednako postupanje prema muškarcima i ženama na radnom mestu jedan je od glavnih faktora koji utiče na motivisanost žena da postanu aktivne na tržištu rada. Isto podrazumeva isti dohodak za iste odgovornosti kao i fleksibilno radno okruženje koje pruža mogućnost rada na nepuno radno vreme. Sem ovih faktora, za aktiviranje žena na tržištu rada, veoma je važno da imaju pristup vrtićima, za brigu o svojoj deci.
