Democracy for Development institute (D4D) has made a survey with 1070 citizens selected by the random method in the whole territory of Kosovo. The question for the respondents was: Which of these leaders below describes best these characteristics? 1) Honest; 2) Strong leader; 3) Same political obedience; 4) Knowledgeable/Intelligent; 5) Gives Hope; 6) Scary; 7) Cares for people; 8) Brings change; 9) Clear standings; 10) Corrupted.

Based on the question, D4D extracted the citizens’ perception about the political leaders. In the graph below we have presented the leaders positioning when weighted their characteristics, and where we have presented one positive and one negative characteristic that had the highest percentage for each leader.
