Two day workshop on activating inactive women in the labour market in Ferizaj

Ferizaj, 25th of April 2017 – Democracy for Development Institute (D4D) held a two-day workshop in the Municipality of Ferizaj, within the project “Women for Development: Activating inactive women in the labor market”. Modules of this workshop include introduction of the main findings on women’s inactivity in the labor market, need assessment and identification based on the specifics of each municipality and labor market demand, as well as developing strategies for women’s inclusion in the labor market in different municipalities. Over 20 women representing non-governmental organizations, businesses, gender equality officials, as well as local assembly members, are taking part in this workshop.
