The third meeting organized to forecast scenarios with guests from the fields of economy, energy and transport has resulted to bring more indicators for the next paper to be published soon. Indicators are organized into four chapters: Economy, Governance, Rule of Law and Social Developments. Each chapter is followed by an analysis that goes beyond the numbers and traces the cause of possible relationships between the multitudes of factors. They discussed the selection of indicators for the economy, new indicators to be collected. First of all, indicators were presented and discussed as analytical tool.

At the same time, there is being a forecast for future years in these areas.
